Return Policy – 48 Hours Only

We have a 48-hour return policy, which means you must request a return within 48 hours after delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Product must be in the same condition as received

Unused, unworn, and unaltered

With original packaging, tags, and accessories

Proof of purchase is required

Incorrect item

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order ID

Clear unboxing video or images

Photo of packaging & shipping label

Description of the issue

After verification, we will offer:

Free replacement, or

Full refund to original payment method

Claims without proof or raised after 48 hours may be rejected.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Used or partially used products

Personal care / hygiene-sensitive goods

Custom or personalized products

Sale / discounted items

Gift cards

Flammable or hazardous goods (including lighters and fuel-based products) once used or opened

Important – Flammable Products Clause

For safety and regulatory reasons:

Lighters and other flammable items cannot be returned if opened or used

Returns are accepted only if the product is unused and in original sealed condition

Damage caused due to misuse, refilling, or improper handling will not be covered

Exchanges

We do not provide direct exchanges.

To get another product:

Return the original item (if eligible)

Place a new order after approval

Refunds

Refunds will be initiated within 7 business days after approval

Credited to the original payment method

Bank processing may take additional time

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled

Prepaid dispatched orders are non-cancellable
